They are seeking a Finance Manager who will support commercial performance and financial planning, providing analytical insights that influence revenue growth and strategic decision-making.ResponsibilitiesProvide analytical insights on key GTM KPIs and triangulate revenue, ARR, and bookings performanceCoordinate software revenue and bookings forecast with BU stakeholdersPrepare and own the existing ARR modelProvide monthly executive ARR reporting while enhancing existing visualizationsManage the Commercial and Marketing forecasting process including variance analysisParticipate in the annual planning process, contributing financial models and ARR/Booking forecasts that support long‑term strategic objectivesSupport the sales quota‑setting processCollaborate cross‑functionally to improve financial processes, enhance reporting tools, and strengthen data‑driven decision‑making across the organizationProvide high‑quality financial support to senior leaders, maintaining strong relationships with Finance, Business Unit, and Commercial leadership teamsBuild ad-hoc financial frameworks to assist with strategic decision making within the commercial organizationSkillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required5-7 years of professional relevant experience in accounting, corporate finance, or strategic finance business partnershipHigh proficiency in excel/PowerPoint and other MS productsExperience with Netsuite and Salesforce a plusCompany OverviewCertara is a pharmaceutical company that accelerates medicines with biosimulation software and technology.
