This specialized role requires expertise in reviewing and analyzing financial and investment-related documentation, focusing on investment management agreements and private funds.ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed reviews of complex financial and investment-related documentsAnalyze and review Investment Management Agreements (IMAs) with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detailReview documentation related to:Fundraising transactionsPrivate Equity FundsPrivate FundsInvestment Management structures and arrangementsIdentify key financial terms, obligations, risks, and operational provisions within documentationExtract, validate, and summarize critical information from financial agreements and supporting documentsEnsure document reviews are completed within strict deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standardsCollaborate with internal stakeholders, operations teams, and subject matter experts to resolve document-related issuesMaintain consistency and accuracy across large volumes of complex financial documentationSupport due diligence, compliance, and investment management review processes as requiredSkillsStrong financial background with experience in investment management, asset management, private markets, or related financial sectorsProven experience performing financial document reviewDirect experience reviewing documentation relating to: Fundraising activities, Private Equity Funds, Private Funds, Investment ManagementExtensive experience reviewing and analyzing Investment Management Agreements (IMAs)Ability to interpret complex financial documentation and identify critical provisionsExceptional attention to detail and analytical skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience supporting fund administration, investment operations, asset management, private equity, hedge funds, or alternative investment firmsFamiliarity with subscription documents, fund offering materials, side letters, partnership agreements, and related investment documentationExperience working in high-volume, deadline-driven environmentsKnowledge of institutional investment structures and fund governance frameworksCompany OverviewMorae Global Corporation ("Morae") is trusted around the world for the delivery of digital and business solutions for a constantly changing legal industry.
