[Remote] Financial Customer Service Professional - April 2026

They are seeking a Financial Customer Service Professional to provide support for retirement plans and ensure excellent customer service without sales pressure. Responsibilities Answer incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans from participants, employers, and third-party specialists Provide excellent service for customers' retirement savings accounts within the call center Educate and empower customers without making cold calls or sales Communicate critical plan updates and changes effectively Process contribution changes, loans, withdrawals, and general account changes as directed by customers Skills Availability to work a 40-hour work week outside of traditional business hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays Associate degree or higher AND at least one year of customer service experience OR two or more years of customer service experience Strong attention to detail and ability to learn and apply financial industry policies and procedures Capability to adapt communication style while servicing a diverse customer base Passion for providing quality customer service Fluency in both English and Spanish Previous financial services or call center experience Desire to engage with customers over the phone Ability to handle various customer inquiries with professionalism Experience in adapting communication styles to meet customer needs Benefits Generous paid time off, including ten paid company holidays and three floating holidays each year Opportunity for career advancement with a paid training program and continuous coaching Inclusive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Flexibility of remote work with occasional in-person meetings in the Las Vegas area Paid volunteer time to support community causes Company Overview At Prism Data Consulting, we transform raw information into strategic insights.
