Remote Financial Coach (Flexible schedule)
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Remote Financial Coach to support clients in achieving their financial goals through personalized coaching and expert guidance. This role offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to work remotely while making a meaningful impact on individuals' financial well-being. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of financial concepts, estate planning, and investment management, combined with excellent communication skills and a passion for empowering others to take control of their financial future.
Duties
• Provide one-on-one financial coaching sessions to help clients develop tailored financial plans aligned with their goals and circumstances.
• Educate clients on key financial topics such as estate planning, tax strategies, securities law, and wealth management.
• Assist clients in understanding and applying financial concepts related to cash management, portfolio management, and investment strategies.
• Analyze clients' financial situations through detailed assessments, including cash flow analysis and risk evaluation.
• Support clients in creating wills, trusts, and estate plans to ensure their assets are protected and aligned with legal requirements.
• Utilize financial software tools to track progress, generate reports, and refine client strategies over time.
• Stay informed about current regulations in securities law, tax laws, and financial services to provide accurate guidance.
• Foster strong client relationships through effective CRM (Customer Relationship Management) practices, ensuring ongoing support and engagement.
Skills
• Extensive knowledge of estate planning, wills, trusts & estate law, and securities law.
• Proven experience in financial sales and client relationship management within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of tax laws, accounting principles, and technical accounting practices.
• Proficiency with financial analysis tools, research methodologies, and financial software applications.
• Solid grasp of investment management, asset management, portfolio management, and wealth management strategies.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with banking operations, cash management techniques, corporate accounting practices, and public accounting standards.
• Demonstrated skills in sales techniques combined with a passion for educating clients about financial products and services.
