The role involves collaborating with business and technical teams to develop reporting and analytics solutions that align with organizational goals.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong working relationships with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business objectives, information needs, and operational challengesSupport, maintain, and continuously improve existing reporting and analytics solutionsAnalyze business data and reporting trends to identify opportunities for improved visibility, decision-making, operational effectiveness, and business performance. Recommend new metrics, reports, analytics, and process improvements based on business needs and data insightsAnalyze business data, processes, and requirements to identify opportunities for improved reporting, analytics, and business insights. Design, develop, and implement solutions that support business objectives and decision-makingSupport process improvement and automation initiatives that increase efficiency, consistency, and business valueEnsure business data is accurate, reliable, timely, and effectively utilized for reporting and analyticsSupport the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of analytics and reporting platforms, including Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Unanet, and related data platformsWork with technical teams to ensure data models, integrations, semantic models, and reporting assets effectively support business and security requirementsContribute to the development and adoption of reporting, analytics, and data management standards and best practicesMaintain high-quality documentation for security configurations, architectures, runbooks, playbooks, and governance processes to ensure operational clarity and audit readinessProvide after-hours support for major incidents and essential support and security operationsPerform additional duties as needed to support IT and organizational prioritiesSkillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights from dataAbility to understand business objectives and translate business requirements into reporting, analytics, process improvement, and automation solutionsAbility to evaluate existing reporting, analytics, and business processes and recommend improvements that increase business value and decision-making effectivenessAdvanced proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and related reporting, analytics, and data visualization toolsExperience working with complex financial and operational data, business processes, and reporting requirements, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and business reportingAbility to work with data from multiple business systems and understand how information flows across organizational processesStrong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party resourcesAbility to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt to changing business requirementsKnowledgeable of industry reporting standards, analytics best practices, and data management principlesHigh degree of integrity, professionalism, and discretion, with the ability to appropriately handle confidential business, financial, operational, and personnel informationBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be consideredSeven (7) years or more of progressively responsible experience in FP&A, financial analysis, business analysis, business intelligence, operations analysis, reporting development, or a related disciplineExperience working with enterprise business systems, reporting platforms, and data sources used to support business operations and decision-makingExperience working with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, data warehousing concepts, semantic models, or similar modern analytics platformsExperience supporting executive leadership and business stakeholders through reporting, analytics, and decision-support initiativesExperience within engineering, consulting, professional services, or other project-based organizations preferredExperience with Unanet or similar ERP and project management platforms preferredBenefitsFlexible work schedule with sufficient overlap of U.S. business hours to support collaboration with business and technology teams.Company OverviewIn the Chickasaw language, "Osi" translates to eagle, symbolizing vision, strength, efficiency, agility, and nurturance.
