[Remote] Financial Analyst (FP&A / Modeling)

They are seeking a Financial Analyst to join their Business Solutions team, where the individual will help clients leverage finance and technology solutions while gaining a wide range of skills from tenured consultants.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Become an expert in the Board EPM tool
ā¢ Assist in high-level design and solution architecture
ā¢ Assist in the implementation of solutions in the client environment
ā¢ Support senior consultants on proof-of-concept assignments
ā¢ Provide project management support
ā¢ Prepare client training material and other supporting documentation
ā¢ Assist in other consulting/advisory projects
Skills
ā¢ 3-5 years professional experience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
ā¢ 3-5 years professional experience with Financial modeling
ā¢ Intermediate knowledge and demonstrated use of Microsoft Excel including data modeling and pivot tables
ā¢ Good understanding of data structures, especially dimensionality
ā¢ BA or MBA in Commerce / Business with Accounting / Finance background, or non-Commerce/ Business degree with CMA / CGA designation
ā¢ Self-motivated and driven to achieve professional success in a deadline-oriented consulting environment
ā¢ Enthusiastic and motivated to learn new tools and concepts
ā¢ Client facing, demonstrating excellent written and oral communication skills
ā¢ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to individuals at all levels of an organization
ā¢ Willingness to become certified on various solution platforms
ā¢ Team player and self-starter
ā¢ Business consulting
ā¢ Implementation of EPM / CPM Platforms such as Board, Anaplan, OneStream, Workday Adaptive Planning, Prophix, Oracle EPM
ā¢ Power BI or Tableau experience
ā¢ EPM implementation experience
