They are seeking a Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team, focusing on delivering critical analytics and insights to support corporate finance processes and enhance reporting quality.ResponsibilitiesOwn recurring components of the monthly actuals process across the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement, ensuring updates are accurate, timely, and well controlledMaintain core FP&A models and reporting outputs, including tie-outs, reconciliations, and structured QA checks across source systems and downstream reportingInvestigate variances versus budget, forecast, and prior periods, summarizing key drivers clearly for Finance review and translating results into narratives that help leadership understand performance, risks, and opportunitiesSupport budget and forecast cycles through data preparation, consolidation, validation, and reportingAct as a Pigment power user for Core FP&A — maintaining model structures, dimensions, and reporting views while helping automate recurring reporting and forecast workflowsPartner with Finance and business stakeholders to define clean inputs, improve data integrity, and establish sustainable handoffs between source systems and Pigment-based outputsPrepare recurring executive materials including Monthly Flash, Board reporting support, and leadership presentations, ensuring consistency across metrics, definitions, commentary, and formattingBuild and improve dashboards and reporting templates that increase visibility into company performance and make financial information easier to consumeDocument core FP&A processes and controls, proactively identifying improvements that reduce cycle time, manual work, and data quality issuesPartner with Accounting and cross-functional Finance teams to improve the quality and usability of source data feeding FP&A processesLeverage AI tools where appropriate for data validation, variance explanation drafting, narrative preparation, and ad hoc analysisSkillsEarly-career FP&A professionalAbility to own key workflows and improve reporting qualityExperience with financial reporting and analysisProficiency in three-statement modelingExperience with budget and forecast cyclesAbility to investigate variances versus budget, forecast, and prior periodsExperience in preparing executive materials including Monthly Flash and Board reportingAbility to document core FP&A processes and controlsExperience in partnering with Finance and business stakeholdersAbility to leverage AI tools for data validation and analysisExperience with Pigment or similar financial planning toolsBenefitsCompetitive salary and equity packagesHealth, dental, vision insurance, and mental health resourcesAn Oura Ring of your own plus employee discounts for friends & family20 days of paid time off plus 13 paid holidays plus 8 days of flexible wellness time offPaid sick leave and parental leaveCompany OverviewOura is an award-winning, fast-growing startup that helps people get up close and personal with their health.
