We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst Consolidation to join our team at 3M. Key Responsibilities:
Drive the month-end consolidation process, including loading data and journals in BPC and running consolidation jobs
Manage monthly Value Reconciliations and Quarterly DE
Lead monthly consolidation account activities, including Benefit in Stock and Intercompany elimination
Contribution Assessment entries and contribution P&L reporting
Financial account reconciliations and collaboration with various teams to improve the month-end closing process
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
At least 2 years of experience working in finance/accounting in a private, public, government, or military environment
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with SAP and other financial systems is a plus
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is desirable
