[Remote] Financial Analyst

They are seeking a sharp, self-driven Financial Analyst to join their team, responsible for financial forecasting, metrics tracking, and providing actionable insights to leadership.ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage financial forecasting models for revenue, volume, and cost driversPerform variance analysis between actuals and forecasts, identifying trends and anomaliesProvide actionable insights to leadership through clear financial reporting and presentationsBuild formulas and dashboards to calculate key company metrics: GMV, ARR, NDR, DSO, LTV-CAC, churn, sales/marketing conversions, and other metricsCalculate and validate driver and sales team commission payouts on a recurring basisDesign scalable commission structures in collaboration with HR and operationsMaintain audit trails and ensure accuracy across all commission-related recordsDevelop and maintain pricing models for freight, courier, and logistics servicesAnalyze market rates, cost structures, and margins to recommend competitive pricing strategiesPartner with operations and sales teams to evaluate custom pricing requestsSupport month-end close activities including accruals, reconciliations, and journal entriesPrepare and distribute monthly financial reports and KPI dashboardsCollaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financial statementsSkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field4+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar roleStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Looker, and other data financial modeling softwareExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industryHands-on experience with accounting system automation (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)Background in data analytics tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or PythonFamiliarity with commission management platforms or building custom commission modelsExperience working in a start-up or high-growth environmentBenefitsHealth benefits (medical, dental, vision)401(k) PlanCompetitive executive compensation package + performance incentivesEquity participation / stock optionsHybrid, remote-first working model with bi-weekly team meetingsGenerous PTOCompany Holidays (9 per year)Parental leavePhone allowanceSignificant opportunity to shape the future of a rapidly scaling organizationCompany OverviewFRAYT is a developer of a delivery application offering shipping services.
