[Remote] Financial Analyst

Living Proof, Inc. is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the organization. This role focuses on combining sharp analytics with executive-ready storytelling to deliver insights that drive action and improve financial processes.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range financial plansSupport the implementation and ongoing management of Workday Adaptive PlanningCollaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs, assumptions, and key business driversAnalyze financial performance vs. budget/forecast; highlight variances, trends, risks, and opportunitiesBuild and maintain financial models that inform business decisions and strategic initiativesSupport creation of dashboards and data visualizations for senior leadership (Power BI preferred)Support the management budgets for multiple departments with a focus on ROI and fiscal disciplineIdentify opportunities to improve financial processes, automation, and accuracySkillsBachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)0-2 years of experience in FP&A / corporate finance (preferred; we care more about capability than tenure)Strong analytical skills including financial modeling, forecasting, and comfort with quantitative methodsProficiency with an ERP (e.g., NetSuite, SAP ByDesign) and planning tools (e.g., Workday Adaptive Planning); implementation experience is a plusExperience building interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or LookerExcellent communication skills: can translate complex analysis into clear, actionable takeawaysHigh attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, and ability to manage shifting prioritiesCompany OverviewIn 2005, an unlikely combination of biotech scientists and renowned hair stylists came together to pioneer a first-of-its-kind haircare philosophy based in science.
