[Remote] Financial Analyst

They are seeking a Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team, focusing on delivering reporting and insights across the business, enhancing financial reporting processes, and leveraging automation and AI tools to improve efficiency. Responsibilities Own monthly financial reporting processes and standard reporting cadence Produce monthly financial and operational KPI packages for leadership Enhance transparency and accessibility of reporting through continuous process improvements Develop and maintain headcount, ROI, and efficiency reporting across the organization Serve as the NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) subject matter expert, including monthly rollovers and hierarchy maintenance Lead reporting and dashboard development, including publishing and security management Leverage automation, AI, and scalable tools to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy Support monthly forecasting and variance analysis Contribute to annual and long-range planning, including building budget templates and reporting packages Prepare executive-ready presentations and analysis for the VP of Finance, CFO, and Board of Directors Skills 1–3+ years of experience in Finance or Operations, ideally within a contract-based revenue recognition model Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field Experience with financial planning tools like NetSuite and NSPB Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) Ability to work without sponsorship Must be located within the Eastern Time Zone (ET) or able to work standard Eastern Time Zone business hours Experience in a technology or SaaS organization Direct experience with NetSuite and NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau Experience supporting reporting in a growth-focused environment Proficiency leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline repeatable reporting processes MBA or Master's degree in a related field Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and disability coverage Open PTO and parental leave 401(k) plan with company matching Employee assistance program Voluntary supplemental benefits (Accident, Hospital Indemnity, Critical Illness) Company Overview 3E provides environmental health and safety (EHS) compliance and information management services.
