[Remote] Financial Accountant

They are looking for detail-oriented financial accountants responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for multiple clients and providing timely financial reporting to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clients Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Manage accounts payable and receivable processes Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations Assist with budgeting and forecasting Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Assist with client projects Assist with year-end close and tax filings as needed Skills Bachelor's degree required, ideally in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum of 1-2 years Accounting and bookkeeping experience Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software Experience managing multiple clients Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work during normal business hours to support our clients Benefits 401(k) Retirement Plan with Employer Match Benefits package including medical, dental and vision Paid holidays, and a generous PTO policy.
