This key role involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial plans and forecasts while supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead the revenue, expense and cash forecasting process, partnering closely with accounting personnel to ensure alignment with accounting standardsDevelop and refine models, incorporating key drivers to assess and drive performanceProvide clear insight into trends, risks, and opportunities to support proactive decision-makingAct as a trusted finance partner to senior commercial leadership, advising on bookings, cost of sale, and strategic investment decisionsWork cross-functionally with to assess pipeline health, pricing strategy, and revenue implicationsEnsure robust controls and governance across revenue processes and reportingSupport audit activities and maintain integrity of financial dataDrive best practices in NetSuite ERP across all areas of the business; serve as a financial systems resource for Served with HonorSupport audit activities and maintain integrity of financial dataEnhance forecasting capabilities through the use of data and AI-driven toolsThis is a high-impact role for someone looking to combine strong technical FP&A expertise with real commercial influence in a fast-evolving, global environmentSupervise, train, and mentor accounting staffWorks across all levels of the organization to resolve issues, improve processes, and assist in the education and training of staffPerforms other duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance required5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experienceStrong GAAP and variance analysis expertiseDemonstrated ability to lead and manage Finance staff and cross-functional teamsStrong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills; advanced Excel requiredProven ability to work effectively with all levels of the organizationExperience implementing and optimizing Accounting and Finance technology platformsExceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skillsAbility to think strategically while executing effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environmentDemonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing teamsExperience with NetSuite ERP systems preferredPower BI or similar reporting tools a plusCompany OverviewServed With Honor is a Veteran Company that helps veterans and their families live happier, healthier, and wealthier.
