They are seeking a Senior Manager in the Finance Transformation practice to lead project teams and advise CFOs on evolving their finance organizations.ResponsibilitiesLead workstreams or medium-to-large engagements focused on finance operating model design, process optimization, and digital enablement across all finance areasServe as a trusted advisor to finance executives, helping define transformation roadmaps and deliver business outcomesOversee day-to-day client delivery, including project planning, stakeholder management, and quality assuranceSupport design and implementation of digital enablers such as ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday), EPM tools, automation, and analytics solutionsManage and mentor consultants and managers, fostering skill development and strong team performanceCollaborate across firm capabilities (e.g., digital, risk, change management) to deliver integrated, cross-functional transformation initiativesParticipate in business development efforts, including proposal creation, solution design, and client presentationsContribute to internal thought leadership, methodologies, and practice development initiativesSkillsEight plus years of experience in finance transformation or consulting, with prior experience in a professional services firm strongly preferredDeep understanding of finance operations, shared services, or finance process redesignWorking knowledge of enabling technologies such as ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday), EPM platforms, automation tools, and reporting solutionsDemonstrated success leading client delivery teams and managing project workstreamsStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsCompany OverviewCFGI is a corporate finance and financial consulting firm that specializes in complex accounting, reporting, tax, and compliance issues.
