[Remote] Finance Director

They are seeking a hands-on Finance Director to lead financial operations, overseeing financial reporting, tax compliance, cash management, and business partnering.ResponsibilitiesOwn the monthly close and deliver accurate, timely management accounts and reporting packsMaintain and strengthen internal controls, policies, and processes across the combined groupManage relationships with external accountants, auditors, and advisorsManage US federal and state tax compliance in coordination with external advisorsSupport group consolidation and reporting requirementsOwn cash management and cash-flow forecasting, monitoring working capitalOversee billing, collections, and payables processesPartner closely with the CFO and business leaders to support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processesProvide insightful variance analysis and recommendations to improve financial and operational performanceSupport the evaluation of strategic initiatives, investments, and growth opportunities through financial analysis and modelingMonitor key business and SaaS performance metrics, including recurring revenue, customer retention, gross margin, and profitabilityDeliver timely financial insights to support executive decision-making and business performance managementAct as a trusted finance partner to leaders across the organizationSupport the continued integration of finance processes and systems across the combined groupSkillsStrong experience within a SaaS, software, or technology companyDemonstrated experience with US tax compliance and financial reportingWorking knowledge of US GAAP and IFRSHighly detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy and organizational skillsPositive, can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleevesCollaborative team player who builds strong relationships across the organizationM&A and post-merger integration experience desirableBenefitsFully RemoteCompany OverviewOrtoo develops native applications for Salesforce.com.
