The role involves ensuring financial integrity and regulatory compliance while managing audits and overseeing financial reporting.ResponsibilitiesLead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activitiesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local statutory and regulatory requirementsManage state audits, statutory audits, internal audits, and external auditsOversee financial reporting, account reconciliations, journal entries, and regulatory filingsEnsure compliance with US GAAP, SOX requirements, and internal control frameworksIdentify financial and operational risks and implement effective mitigation strategiesCollaborate with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teamsSupport budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive management reportingDrive process improvements and strengthen financial governance practicesSkillsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 10 years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Compliance, or Controllership rolesStrong expertise in: US GAAP, SOX Compliance, Statutory Compliance, Regulatory Reporting, Financial Reporting, Internal Controls, Audit Management, Risk ManagementProven experience managing state audits, statutory audits, internal audits, and external auditsHands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar systemsAdvanced Microsoft Excel and financial analysis skillsExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilitiesCPA, CMA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification preferredExperience supporting large enterprise organizations or consulting environmentsExperience working within multinational finance operationsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilitiesCompany OverviewDice is a job-searching platform for technology professionals.
