Remote Finance Analyst

This role involves direct involvement and analytical responsibility for assigned business units, aimed at optimizing financial results and revenue development. The Finance Business Partner will proactively monitor financial trends and key performance metrics, facilitating decision-making through value-added analysis. They contribute to the development of overall business strategies and support day-to-day operations, leveraging their financial expertise to drive impactful business insights. Responsibilities • Develop strong interpersonal relationships with senior leadership • Influence senior leadership through financial interpretation and explanation • Provide business trends and insightful analysis for informed decision-making • Support growth initiatives and strategic investments • Manage annual and monthly planning, forecasting, and reporting processes • Create impactful presentations for senior management • Develop financial models for decision-making support • Ensure alignment with business growth expectations and budget commitments • Collaborate globally to drive consistency and best practices • Challenge conventional ideas in group and individual settings Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and/or accounting • Prior experience with Hyperion and Oracle systems • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office suite applications • High attention to detail and ability to work independently • Strong financial analysis and quantitative skills • Excellent written and presentation skills • Strong influencing and communication skills with all organizational levels • Excellent organizational skills for managing priorities in a dynamic environment Benefits • Base salary range: $100,000 - $115,000 • Potential annual performance bonus and incentive compensation plans • Medical, dental, and vision benefits • Paid Time Off (PTO) • 401K Matching Program • Tuition Reimbursement Apply tot his job
