They are seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to support core accounting operations, enhance process improvements, and drive automation within the Finance team.ResponsibilitiesIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, automate processes, and enhance system integrationsSupport ongoing improvements in financial reporting and operational efficiencyReview and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunitiesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking activitiesA/P, A/R, payroll and commission managementAssist in the preparation of financial statementsSupport accrual schedules and tracking across various expense categoriesBank and credit card reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and completenessMaintain compliance with internal controls and applicable financial regulationsAssist with external auditsSupport tax preparation activities and ensure accurate financial reportingSkillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field3-5 years of experience in accounting or financeStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting systems (QuickBooks or similar preferred)High attention to detail and strong analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsA proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with interest in process improvementBenefitsCompetitive and lucrative compensation and benefits.
