This remote role requires technical expertise and customer service skills to diagnose, repair, and install mailing and shipping equipment within a designated territory around Cincinnati, Ohio. Responsibilities Manage a multi zip‑ ‑code territory within 2 hours of Cincinnati, Ohio, with up to 80% driving time Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot both hardware and software issues to reduce downtime and callbacks Install, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes Shipping & Mailing equipment, ensuring clients are fully trained and confident in their use Use hand tools and small power tools to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment Skills Must be legally authorized to work in the US Enjoy working with and repairing mechanical or electrical components Are comfortable with significant driving time and working independently in the field Can lift 55+ lbs. and bend, squat, stoop, or stand for extended periods Have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation Are familiar with Windows, PCs, and basic networking Have experience with automated or electro-mechanical equipment Benefits 10% incentive on any service or parts sales you present to clients Eligibility for a company car after 6 months of employment Company Overview Pitney Bowes is a global technology company that powers physical and digital transactions that drive commerce.
