Employbridge is the largest light industrial staffing supplier in the United States, and they are seeking an energetic Field Recruiter to join their RemX team. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, interviewing applicants, and managing high-volume recruitment to meet staffing goals.ResponsibilitiesProactively develops creative sourcing plans to include traditional networking approaches through community engagement with schools, colleges, vocational schools for skilled roles, web-based, and social media channelsOwns and writes effective content for online job postings to attract both active and passive candidates via job boards integrated with the CRM systemScreens, interviews, and recommends candidates to fill ordersBuilds and retains an active pipeline of candidates for all roles; maintains and updates candidate databaseRe-utilizes active candidates and understands open positions to positively impact order fulfillmentLeverages data to set realistic expectations, based on current volume, to successfully fill positions in a timely mannerParticipates in whiteboard meetings to understand daily order fill goalsLeverages market knowledge and client needs to successfully fill orders with qualified candidatesLeads candidates through the interview cycle based on their experiences, skills, expectations and availabilityUses CRM to process candidates through the full vetting cycle and to document all job activityConducts drug screens, I-9s, and background checksSkills1+ years of staffing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume driven environmentProven experience navigating a diverse recruiting processTrack record of success with client engagementExperience using various platforms and dashboards to drive effective decisionsCommunity volunteering or social outreach experienceExcellent customer service skills including ability to react appropriately in stressful situations and deal with difficult customer or vendor situations diplomaticallyStrong communication skills at all levelsDemonstrable time management and organization skillsPractical experience and comfort with using Microsoft Office productsBenefitsMedical/Dental/VisionPrescription drug benefits401(k)Paid time off and holidaysA wellness programIncentive programsCompany OverviewEmployBridge provides a host of industry-specific staffing solutions and workforce management strategies.
