They are seeking a Field Project Manager II who will lead projects from planning to execution, ensuring customer satisfaction and project excellence through effective collaboration and management.ResponsibilitiesManage and execute sales and maintenance service projects from quotation through completionAct as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success throughout each phase of the projectCollaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers to plan, schedule, and deliver projects on time and within budgetMonitor milestones, oversee subcontractor work, and ensure all deliverables meet contractual and safety requirementsDirect on-site construction and installation activities for critical power, cooling, or substation equipmentCoordinate the delivery and installation of products, and manage system startup and commissioning with internal teams and customersOversee the preparation and submission of technical documentation—including testing results, as-built drawings, and operation manualsWrite clear scopes of work for subcontractors and review pricing to ensure fairness and profitabilityBuild trusted relationships with customers and general contractorsAddress challenges quickly, communicate status updates clearly, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders throughout the life of each projectStay ahead of safety, insurance, and warranty obligationsTrack project finances, review payment requests, and ensure smooth project closeouts and service transitionsSkillsBachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience3 years of project management experience, or equivalent education and experienceIntermediate knowledge of systems such as UPS, battery systems, IT cooling, and substation or renewable energy equipmentFamiliarity with commissioning and field service processesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsStrong collaboration and communication skills to engage with contractors, customers, and internal stakeholdersAnalytical thinking with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including ProjectBenefitsMEPPI pays up to 90% of the cost for medical, dental, and vision plans.401(k) match of up to 4%.Earn vacation after just 90 days, plus enjoy 12 paid holidays annually.Access to professional development programs and educational assistance.On-site fitness center (Warrendale, PA), wellness program, profit sharing, and employee discounts.Company OverviewMitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. is an Electronic Manufacturing firm that manufactures electric power & electronic technologies.
