They are seeking a skilled Field Project Manager II to oversee customer projects from proposal through execution, managing schedules and coordinating with customers and subcontractors to deliver reliable power solutions.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and projects, ensuring successful coordination from quotation through project completionPlan, organize, and manage proposals, documentation submittals, customer orders, schedules, and communications to keep projects on track and within budgetDirect and supervise on-site construction activities and subcontractors during installation and maintenance service projectsCoordinate the preparation and submission of project documentation including as-built drawings, testing results, operation manuals, and closeout packagesWork closely with customers, subcontractors, and general contractors to ensure all project requirements and contractual obligations are metPrepare and review customer quotations and subcontractor scopes of work to support profitable and successful project executionCoordinate equipment delivery, installation schedules, commissioning activities, and startup support for assigned projectsAssist divisional project managers and technical teams with testing, implementation, commissioning, and final system acceptance activitiesManage project safety requirements, insurance issues, and overall compliance throughout project executionPrepare project status reports, conduct project meetings, and communicate updates to management, customers, and stakeholdersBuild strong customer relationships while promoting the Division’s goals through professional communication and responsive serviceSkillsBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field with a minimum of 3 years of project management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceIntermediate knowledge of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)Intermediate knowledge of Solar inverter systemsIntermediate knowledge of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systemsIntermediate knowledge of IT cooling equipmentUnderstanding of project management, construction coordination, installation, and commissioning conceptsAdvanced interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and project accuracyAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project materialsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft ProjectBenefitsMEPPI covers 90% of the cost for medical, dental, and vision plans, giving you peace of mind for your family’s health.Invest in your future with our 401(k) plan and a company match of up to 4%.Earn paid vacation after 90 days of employment and enjoy 12 paid holidays annually.Access training programs and educational support to further develop your skills and career.Benefit from profit sharing and exclusive employee discounts on MEPPI products and services.Company OverviewMitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. is an Electronic Manufacturing firm that manufactures electric power & electronic technologies.
