[Remote] Field Optimization Analyst

The Field Optimization Analyst leverages operational, scheduling, and customer data to generate actionable insights that optimize field capacity and enhance work order management.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze operational, scheduling, and customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in field capacity utilization, labor utilization, and work order performanceApply advanced analytics (statistical analysis, segmentation, predictive modeling) to uncover drivers of outcomes such as install conversion, reschedule rates, capacity utilization, and team productivityDevelop and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to monitor key metrics, including daily appointment capacity utilization, labor utilization, capacity and scheduled appointment trends, work order completion rates, and field team performanceCollaborate with Field Operations, Customer Experience, IT/Data Science, and other teams to support analytical needs and align insights with Safelite’s business initiativesTranslate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for field leaders, including executive summaries and presentationsAggregate insights from multiple sources (surveys, feedback, operational data) to ensure both customer and field perspectives are representedOther duties assigned by managementPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsSkillsBachelor's Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field4-6 years 3–5+ years in a data or business analyst role, ideally with exposure to field operations, capacity management, labor analytics, or customer analyticsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze large datasets and draw meaningful conclusionsProficiency with data manipulation and BI tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI); familiarity with statistical/programming tools (Python, R) is a plusUnderstanding of field capacity management, labor utilization, scheduling, work order optimization, and customer analytics in a service or retail environmentExcellent communication and data storytelling skills; able to distill complex analyses for diverse audiencesStrong collaboration and consulting skills; customer-first mindsetHigh attention to detail and data qualityInnovative thinking, customer-centric mindset, and strong organizational skillsExperience in retail, service, or consumer-facing industry analytics is advantageousBenefitsTotal job benefits valued at more than $10k•.
