[Remote] Field Operations Coordinator - Veterinary Services

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking two Field Operations Coordinators to join their remote team. This role provides high-impact operational and administrative support to various leaders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication with centralized functions.ResponsibilitiesOrganizes and facilitates communication with centralized functions to allow smooth field operationsManages logistical requirements to ensure operational excellence, including communications, meeting management, organization of supporting documents, and tracking of initiativesPartners with Corporate Affairs and Field Operations to ensure support documentation is adequately created to address the needs of Field AssociatesSupports program management for Field Operations by creating and managing Smartsheets/spreadsheets, and providing tracking for Field Ops initiativesPrepares spreadsheets and reports that support operational planning and execution (e.g., training, workforce planning, CapEx planning)Gathers and consolidates Support Office requests and materialsAssists in onboarding new field leaders, ensuring they have the operational resources and tools needed for successMaintains updated email lists, contact information, and organization charts for the FieldEdits and ensures accuracy in SharePoint pagesProcesses invoices as neededOther job duties as assignedSkillsAssociate or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or other relevant field required2-4 years of experience in operations coordination, program coordination, or administrative support requiredRequires critical thinking skills and decisive judgmentExcellent interpersonal, organizational, prioritization of work, and problem-solving skillsExperience supporting field-based teams, multi-site operations, or regional teamsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Outlook, and virtual meeting platforms (Teams/Zoom)Experience pulling and gathering data, including the use of Smartsheet and OneDriveExperience creating, editing, and maintaining SharePoint sitesCertification in Project Management preferredExperience in a healthcare, veterinary, or medical operations environment preferredCompany OverviewBluePearl Pet Hospital is a nonprofit organization that provides veterinary care services.
