[Remote] Field Marketing Manager, East Coast

Saint James Tea is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Marketing Manager to lead national trade show execution while managing East Coast field marketing initiatives and demo programs. The role involves planning and executing trade shows, managing demo programs, and leading East Coast field marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness and consumer engagement.ResponsibilitiesOwn planning and execution of all national trade shows and industry eventsManage event timelines, vendor communication, staffing, travel, credentials, shipping, and logisticsCoordinate booth assets, product inventory, event materials, and onsite executionPartner with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to maximize customer engagement opportunitiesManage event recaps, reporting, and post-event analysisServe as the primary point of contact for all trade show planning and executionPartner closely with the Trade Marketing Manager to execute national demo programsCoordinate demo agencies, staffing partners, schedules, and reportingSupport retailer-specific activations and customer marketing initiativesMonitor program performance and ensure consistent execution across marketsGather recaps, photos, and key insights to share with internal teamsLead planning and execution of East Coast field marketing programs, sponsorship activations, consumer events, and sampling initiativesManage event logistics including staffing, product, shipping, inventory, travel, and asset coordinationBuild relationships with event organizers, retail partners, distributors, and community partnersSupport activations that drive brand awareness, product trial, and engagementRecruit, onboard, train, and manage East Coast brand ambassadorsCoordinate staffing for events, demos, and activationsManage ambassador communication, scheduling, and execution standardsEnsure all field staff represent the Saint James brand professionally and consistentlyPartner closely with the Director of Field Marketing on national field marketing strategy and executionCollaborate with the Field Marketing Manager, West Coast to align on national programs, staffing strategies, and best practicesWork cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Partnerships & Events, Creative, and Social teams to support key initiativesAssist with content capture opportunities and provide event insights and recapsSkills3-5 years of experience in field marketing, experiential marketing, event marketing, trade marketing, or related fieldsStrong project management and organizational skillsExperience managing trade shows, events, sampling programs, or field teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working independently in a remote environmentAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesProficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management platformsWillingness to travel frequently, including evenings and weekendsBeverage, CPG, wellness, or consumer brand experience preferredBenefitsHealth, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Time OffPaid Sick LeavePaid Company Holidays401(k) PlanAnd many more perksCompany OverviewSaint James Iced Tea offers organic ready-to-drink teas with mango, peach, and passion fruit flavors, sold online and at retailers.
