[Remote] Field Marketing Manager, Canada & LATAM
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Varonis is seeking a strategic, results-driven Field Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing efforts across Canada and LATAM. This role focuses on aligning marketing programs with sales priorities to drive measurable growth and requires close collaboration with regional sales leadership and cross-functional marketing teams.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute integrated regional GTM plans aligned to corporate marketing priorities, partner initiatives, and regional sales goalsTranslate global campaigns into localized, high-impact programs tailored to Canada and LATAM marketsIdentify regional trends, whitespace, and growth opportunities through ongoing market research and competitive analysisServe as the primary marketing partner to regional Sales Directors and AVPsAlign marketing programs to territory plans and sales priorities across all stages of the funnelParticipate in sales planning, enablement, and regular syncs to ensure proactive alignment and shared accountabilityBuild and execute joint marketing programs with strategic partners and resellersAlign partner activities to pipeline goals and regional prioritiesManage and optimize MDF and partner co-investment to maximize ROIOwn end-to-end execution of regional marketing initiatives, including events, executive programs and ABM playsManage all aspects of program delivery including timelines, stakeholders, budgets, and logisticsEnsure seamless coordination across product marketing, demand gen, creative, and operations teams if neededTrack and analyze program performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI across all initiativesLead monthly regional performance reviews with sales and marketing stakeholdersPresent results, insights, and recommendations in QBRs to senior leadershipAct as project manager for regional marketing programs, ensuring strong execution, visibility, and accountabilityEstablish feedback loops through post-campaign debriefs to continuously improve performanceOptimize marketing processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and impactSkills5+ years of experience in field, regional, or integrated marketing within B2B technologyProven success developing and executing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impactStrong understanding of demand generation, account-based marketing, and event strategyExperience working closely with enterprise sales teams and aligning marketing to revenue goalsComfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyExcellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skillsExperience supporting Canada and/or LATAM regionsSpanish, Portuguese, or French language skills are a plusExperience with partner marketing and budget managementFamiliarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and performance metricsValid passport and ability to travel to be onsite for events and team meetingsCompany OverviewVaronis unifies AI-native data security, AI security and governance, and behavior-based threat detection.
