Hexagon Geosystems is a global leader in measurement technologies, and they are seeking a commercially-driven B2B Field Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing for their Geosystems division in the UK. The role involves developing and executing the UK marketing plan, driving lead generation, and aligning marketing activities with commercial priorities to deliver measurable business outcomes.ResponsibilitiesOwn the UK marketing strategy and plan: Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, aligning activities, budget, and priorities with business objectives and growth targetsOwn and optimise the marketing revenue engine: Track and measure marketing performance end-to-end, from initial engagement, through to pipeline creation and revenue impactCustomer engagement & lead generation: Build strong relationships with customers through direct engagement, driving lead generation and boosting salesStrengthen brand presence in the UK market: Ensure consistent, high-quality brand execution across all touchpoints, increasing visibility and market relevanceLead event and industry engagement strategy: Evaluate, prioritise, and deliver participation in exhibitions, conferences, and self-organised events that align with strategic objectivesManage and influence distribution partner marketing: Work closely with key Distribution Partners to elevate local marketing standards, align on joint initiatives, and drive consistent brand representation and demand generationMedia/industry partner relations: Develop and grow press engagement opportunities and have close relationships with local institutions and federationsContent localisation: Localise and adapt marketing assets to suit the UK market, ensuring relevance and effectiveness and keep the website up-to-date with the latest local news and updatesContent creation: Create select local content pieces to complement the content provided by the divisionsData coordination: Support segmentation projects and manage the use of local data to target the right audience effectivelyCollaboration: Work closely with local inside sales teams, field sales teams, and division marketing to align efforts and maximise resultsControl budget and resource allocation: Prioritise investments, manage spend, and make data-driven decisions to maximise ROISkillsBachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or a related field6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or similar roleExperience in working with distribution partners and managing partner relationshipsExperience with organising and facilitating customer-facing eventsExcellent written and spoken EnglishStrong commercial mindset with the ability to link marketing activity directly to revenue outcomesProven ability to operate as a strategic partner to sales and influence senior stakeholdersExpertise in developing and executing integrated B2B marketing plans in complex environmentsStrong understanding of local marketing strategies and event planningProficiency in using CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Pardot) toolsExcellent organisational and project management skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationshipsCustomer-focused mindset with a proactive and results-driven approachFlexible personality that can prioritise multiple tasks to build a strong and effective marketing planCollaborative team player with the ability to work across departments and functionsCultural awareness and openness to work with geographically dispersed and diverse teamsAttention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyFlexible to regularly travel within the UK and occasionally to other European countriesCertifications in marketing or event management are preferredFamiliarity with the construction industry is preferredCompany OverviewHexagon Geosystems is a global leader in digital reality solutions, combining sensor, software and autonomous technologies.
