Crawford Group is seeking a dynamic, GTM-driven, and results-oriented Field Marketing Manager to develop, lead, and execute strategic integrated marketing plans and account-based campaigns for clients in the US West & Central regions. This temporary contractor role involves driving alignment with sales and partners to impact pipeline generation and account growth through tailored marketing initiatives.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic integrated marketing and account-based plans aligned with regional sales priorities for your segment to build and generate pipeline through a holistic marketing go-to-market approachAct as a strategic partner to regional sales leadership, building trusted relationships and serving as a trusted marketing and business advisorRegularly track, analyze, and report on marketing activities and pipeline performance to sales and marketing leadership, providing insights and recommendations for optimizationPlan and manage regional activities including first-party and third-party events, industry conferences, tradeshows, webinars, executive roundtables, and workshopsDrive customized account-based marketing campaigns for key strategic accounts, leveraging data, insights, and buyer personas to deliver tailored engagementCollaborate with product marketing, demand generation, campaigns, and partner teams to define target accounts, buyer personas, messaging, and campaign activationRecommend and influence the development of critical content to support integrated campaigns across all stages of the funnel, from awareness to conversionManage budget, ROI, and performance metrics for all regional marketing programsSkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. MBA a plus8+ years of integrated B2B marketing experience, preferably in Strategic accounts field marketing rolesProven success in developing and executing field marketing campaigns, events, and regional demand generation effortsStrategic, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze complex situations, identify opportunities, and recommend clear actionsUnderstanding of Strategic accounts buying dynamics and behaviors in the US West & Central regionsExcellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills, with the ability to develop strategic marketing plans and tailor messaging to diverse types of audiencesExceptional program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines and goalsStrong analytical mindset and results-driven with the ability to pull, analyze, and interpret data and adjust tactics accordinglyFamiliarity with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and TableauAbility to travel regionally (15%-25%) as neededBenefitsBenefits available if eligibleCompany OverviewCrawford Group is a marketing and advertising company that offers managed marketing services.
