They are seeking a dynamic Technical & NPI Leader to drive new material innovations in the Tire & Rubber business, collaborating cross-functionally to launch next-generation products that influence customer success and market growth.ResponsibilitiesLead new product innovation (NPI) projects from strategy through customer adoption and commercial launchSupport regional sales teams with customer-facing technical engagement, including new product introductions and development programsIdentify and develop new markets and applications beyond traditional sulfur silane use casesDesign and execute tire and rubber lab studies, including performance evaluation, data analysis, and customer troubleshootingTranslate customer needs into technical requirements and clear value propositionsEnsure products meet safety, regulatory, and quality standardsCollaborate globally across technology, process, operations, marketing, and product management teamsContribute technical expertise to product positioning, launches, and industry conferencesWillingness to travel up to 50%, mainly within the U.S. with some global travelSkillsBachelor's degree in a STEM field7+ years of experience in tire/rubber application engineering, R&D, technical service, or product developmentHands-on experience with tire/rubber materials, testing, and vulcanized systemsStrong knowledge of silane structure–property–performance relationshipsExpertise in experimental design, data analysis, and materials testingAdvanced degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fieldExperience with chemical synthesis and analytical techniquesCustomer-facing experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) initiativeBenefitsIncentive or sales variable compensation paymentsHealth, dental & vision insurance, including critical illness coverage and optional orthodontia coverage.Paid parental leave for the birth of a child; adoption and surrogacy reimbursement.Short term disability with 100% base salary coverage.Company funded counseling (EAP) and assistance finding care for children, parents, or pets.25 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) plus paid holidays.
