The Field Market Development Consultant – ENT Office Portfolio will be pivotal in executing customer engagement strategies within the ENT Office Portfolio, requiring strong project management and business management skills while working closely with strategic customers and cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesThis group works closely with both sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for market development at the ENT office account levelThis is a field-based team focused on ENT office growthIndependently develop solutions to a broad range of issues at the account level which will require a high degree of cross-functional interactions and leadership capability, with only high level guidanceExecute focused customer engagement strategies by customer segment and executeAssist customers with day-to-day operations as needed which can include case coverage and ongoing customer trainingExecute a customer segmentation strategy and create profiles that resonate with different customers.
