[Remote] Field Engineer Education Specialist

They are seeking a Field Engineer Education Specialist to deliver technical training for Field Engineers and customers on servicing QuidelOrtho diagnostic systems, utilizing both in-person and virtual methods.ResponsibilitiesDeliver high quality instrumentation training to Field Service Engineers or customer biomedical engineers in a highly regulated environment on the safe and efficacious troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of QuidelOrtho products. Additionally, will be responsible for facilitating training for internal customers including, sales, technical support, and other QuidelOrtho staff as neededResponsible for maintenance, repair, and modification of FE training equipment, including technical audio and video used to deliver virtual trainingAssist in the development of training content for new and existing products including continuing education materials with a focus on delivery using the latest technologiesResponsible for coordinating and managing classroom inventories and supplies to ensure the delivery of successful training programs, in a cost-effective mannerWill maximize training outcomes by providing coaching, delivering Train-the-Trainer programs, and conducting follow-up activities with fellow trainers to enhance organizational effectivenessParticipate on cross-functional teams and projects including, but not limited to: product development, service publications, written and online training documentation, and continuous learning initiatives for North AmericaBuild and maintain sound working relationships with sales and service management at all levelsPerform ride-along activities with Field Engineers to identify and promote best practices and to remain current on QuidelOrtho products.
