[Remote] Field Development Marketing Manager

They are seeking a Field Development Marketing Manager who will execute marketing initiatives and serve as the primary marketing resource for the Field Development team, overseeing various campaigns and brand management efforts.ResponsibilitiesExecute marketing campaigns and initiatives that support organizational growth and field development objectivesMaintain CCA's brand standards across digital, print, presentation, video, and event materialsManage social media platforms, website content, email marketing campaigns, and marketing analyticsCoordinate external vendors, designers, agencies, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project completionServe as the primary marketing liaison to the Field Development team by producing and maintaining sales collateral, presentations, proposals, and promotional materialsCoordinate marketing support for conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, donor events, and organizational gatheringsManage project timelines, priorities, and documentation while providing regular status updates and performance reportingIdentify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, operational efficiency, and field support resourcesSkillsStrong personal relationship with Jesus Christ and commitment to CCA's missionAgreement with CCA's Statement of Faith, Core Values, and Missionary MindsetActive participation in a local Christian churchDemonstrated integrity and lifestyle consistent with an active Christian walkStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsProven project management and organizational abilitiesExperience supporting sales, business development, fundraising, or client-facing teamsProficiency with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and marketing automation technologiesAbility to work independently, manage competing priorities, and execute with minimal supervisionAbility and willingness to travel approximately 15–20% annuallyProven effectiveness in a remote work environmentBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experienceFour (4) to six (6) years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated success in digital marketing, campaign execution, brand management, and sales enablementFamiliarity with AI-enabled marketing tools and Canva; Adobe Creative Suite experience preferredExperience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable CRM platforms preferredExperience in a B2B, nonprofit, faith-based, or mission-driven environment preferredCompany OverviewCorporate Chaplains of America assists employees during crises to cope with personal and professional life issues.
