They are seeking a Fiducial Sales Specialist to provide pre- and post-sale support, assist in the sales process, and train medical professionals on Fiducial implant procedures. The role involves attending meetings and conferences, preparing training materials, and ensuring consistent training content across the organization.ResponsibilitiesProvide pre- and post-sale support to the North American RO sales team to include assisting in the sales process/on-site demonstration of CQ Medical Fiducial products and solutions, preparation of appropriate demonstration content and materialsProvide support by attending and/or participating in local, regional and national meeting, conferences and tradeshowsAttending and/or delivering CME classes and preparing appropriate collateralAttending and/or training medical professionals with Fiducial implant proceduresAssisting with RFI/RFP preparation by providing clinical inputPreparing content and materials for internal training to increase clinical knowledge of Global sales teamDemonstrates extensive knowledge and understanding of radiation therapy clinical practices, regulations and operationsMaintains a knowledge base of best practice standards in radiation therapy workflowCoordinates with Global sales leadership and Clinical Sales Specialist colleagues to ensure that training content and materials are consistent across the organizationParticipates in product development discussions as required to provide accurate and up-to-date clinical knowledgeProvides strong customer service orientation with both external and internal customersSkillsBachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year college or university is preferred with either; ABR/ABMP certification, or ARRT Radiation Therapist CertificationTwo to five years clinical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experienceAttention to Detail — Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasksExceptional interpersonal relationship skillsThe ability to communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understandDesire and ability to learn our products and those of our competition as well as understand the needs of our customersHighly organized with a strong self-structure to utilize time effectivelyAbility to effectively address varied audiences for training, product demonstrations, negotiations, and CE programsThe ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentencesThe ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your jobThe ability to provide training and information about the safety and proper operation of equipment and systemsThe ability to read and understands written instructionsKnowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammarComputer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Office software and CRMMaintain a valid driver's license and adequate liability insuranceAbility to travel 80% of the timeBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision coverage starts on Day One!Free: life insurance, short and long-term disability insurance, Telehealth Appointments, and Employee Assistance Program.Immediate vesting of 401(k) matching.Generous PTO and 11 Paid Holidays a year.Company OverviewCQ Medical focuses on radiotherapy positioning and healthcare innovations for improved patient care.
