[Remote] Federal Project Manager- (Salesforce Federal Delivery)

The Project Manager plays a key leadership role in managing project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and compliance requirements while collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams.ResponsibilitiesManage Salesforce Federal project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budgetServe as the primary point of contact for cleared Federal stakeholders, facilitating communication and alignmentOversee Agile ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and risk mitigation activitiesTrack project performance metrics and provide regular reporting to Federal clients and internal leadershipEnsure project documentation and deliverables comply with Federal standards, including security and reporting requirementsCollaborate with architects, developers, BAs, and QA resources to ensure project successProactively escalate risks and issues and implement mitigation strategiesSkills5+ years of IT project management experience (preferably Salesforce)Experience managing projects in cleared Federal environmentsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsProven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex delivery environmentsUS Citizenship and willingness to obtain clearance(s)Bachelor's degree requiredPMP, CSM, or SAFe certification preferredBenefitsComprehensive Benefits with Sequoia – Medical, Dental, Vision, and Employer-Paid Life/Disability Insurance to keep you and your loved ones covered.Ownership & Impact – Stock options in a fast-moving, high-growth company.
