[Remote] Federal Market Solutions Client Operations Program Manager

The Federal Market Solutions Client Operations Program Manager will lead project teams, manage programs within the Federal market, and drive client success through effective program management.ResponsibilitiesOrganizing and leading project teams from program inception to delivery, following an outcomes-based, agile-focused approach. Collaborate with product owners, software development teams, technical teams, and senior leadership to define project objectivesDrive client success by managing the programs within the Federal market to include but not limited to the Department of Defense, Veteran’s Health Administration, and the Indian Health ServiceAssessing project progress and as needed, guiding adjustments to scope, timelines, and cost; escalate issues when necessary. Responsible for providing cost analysis, pricing, and tracking financial information for the teamDeveloping new proposals to win future Government awardsPerforms other related tasks on an ad hoc basis in support of Solventum Federal Market SolutionsMust be able to pass a government background check for a position of Public TrustSkillsBachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university and 6 years of experience with project or program management, medical coding or strategic client partnerships in lieu of the bachelor's degree education requirementHigh School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of seven 10 years of experience with project or program management, medical coding or strategic client partnershipsDetail-oriented with analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skillsExperience analyzing and documenting processesMust be able to pass a government background check for a position of Public TrustMaster's degree in healthcare or another related fieldChange Management experience, including ability to lead change effectivelyExperience with Solventum Coding & Reimbursement and Solventum 360 Encompass Computer Assisted Coding and Professional CodingDemonstrated proficiency with MS Project and MS Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPointExperience with IL3 and IL4, RMF, ATOs, FedRAMP and the 3PAO processExtensive Knowledge of IT Systems including Networks, Operating Systems, Platforms, Automation, Storage, Database, Identity, and Data Protection.
