[Remote] Federal Business Development & Capture Analyst (Remote, US or India)

Stage 4 Solutions is an award-winning staffing and consulting firm seeking a highly motivated Federal Business Development & Capture Analyst to support the growth of their Federal Government Staffing and Consulting practice. The role focuses on identifying and qualifying federal contract opportunities, conducting market intelligence, and building relationships with government contractors to enhance Stage 4 Solutions' position in the federal market.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and qualify federal opportunities aligned with Stage 4 Solutions capabilities and strategic growth objectivesConduct daily reviews of: SAM.gov, HigherGov, GSA eBuy and other Federal contracting portalsIdentify opportunities related to staffing and workforce solutions, IT and engineering services, artificial intelligence (AI), data analytics, cloud infrastructure, program management, communicationsand operations support. Monitor Sources Sought Notices, RFIs, Draft RFPs, RFQs, and RFPsTrack expiring contracts, recompete opportunities, and incumbent contractorsSupport Go/No-Go decisions through concise opportunity analysis and recommendationsDevelop relationships with large and mid-sized federal prime contractors to identify subcontracting opportunitiesBuild and maintain relationships with capture managers, business development leaders, procurement executives, and program managers within target contractorsDevelop and execute outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, industry eventsSchedule capability discussions and introductory meetings with prospective contractor partnersProvide weekly reporting on opportunities reviewed, opportunities recommended for pursuit, subcontracting opportunities identified, meetings scheduled, and pipeline value generatedMaintain accurate CRM records and activity trackingSkills5+ years of experience in federal business development, capture support and proposal supportExperience using SAM.gov, GSA eBuy, HigherGov and other Federal procurement portalsStrong research and analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to summarize complex solicitations into concise executive briefingsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (Hubspot preferred)Experience supporting federal staffing, professional services, IT, engineering, or consulting contractsExisting relationships within the federal contracting communityBenefitsHealthcare and retirement benefits provided.Company OverviewStage 4 Solutions is a management consulting firm that provides marketing solutions services.
