[Remote] FDA & Consumer Product Regulatory Lawyer

Responsibilities • Advise the legal team on FDA (Food & Drug Administration)-regulated product matters and FDA compliance issues • Advise the legal team on CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) issues • Support contacts with regulators • Support product safety matters as needed Skills • Expertise with FDA regulations and consumer safety matters • Experience from an industry such as dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food • Ability to advise the legal team on FDA-regulated product matters and FDA compliance issues • Ability to advise the legal team on CPSC issues • Ability to support contacts with regulators • Ability to support product safety matters as needed Company Overview • Legalpeople is a dedicated legal staffing company located in Atlanta GA.
