The Family Building Consultant role focuses on optimizing customer satisfaction through effective inside sales and client engagement in the fertility industry.ResponsibilitiesEducates families on their frozen donor egg plan options, empowering them to make informed decisionsDemonstrates expertise in DEB USA frozen donor egg plan selection process and adapts recommendations quickly to align with client needsPartners with patient throughout their journey from initiation to transition to contract and financing and recurring additions to their familyDelivers superior client service on all inbound and outbound calls, emails, and/or chat sessions while maintaining client privacyEnrolls clients in CRM and conducts follow-up calls to enable matchAchieves sales and operational goals in a proactive disciplined approach; calls on and executes lead conversion for targeted customers including subscription installed base; diligently follow up with ability to qualify inbound leads as part of the lead management processMeets and exceeds projected sales goals with extreme ownership based on quota and pay for performance variable compensation packageCombines business acumen with an effective sales process to engage customers and increase sales volumesEducates prospects and customers identifying, developing, and securing all relevant direct sale opportunitiesUtilizes up-selling, cross-selling, and add-on sales techniques per customer experienceExecutes responsibilities with integrity and compliance to all policies and procedures, including but not limited to CooperSurgical guiding principles and code of conductLeverages knowledge of industry and product portfolio to meet customer needsCultivates internal & external relationships that create sustained valueRetains technical proficiency and is current on all training, product, and promotions; efficient in CRM and Microsoft Office tools and advances through training and utilizationManages emotional or complex customer situations promptly and professionally while meeting commitments for service, sales and assistanceDemonstrates ability to accurately assess and resolve individual situations and draw on prior knowledge, experience, and problem-solving skills; determines customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific products and solutionsSkillsExcellent selling, influence, and closing skillsSelf-motivated and disciplined with a positive attitude and ability to work independentlyExcellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skillsStrong focus on providing customers with superior customer experienceAbility to work independently and as part of a team and displays high level initiative and commitmentAgile, and adapts quickly to a fast-paced changing environmentAbility to identify critical activities and tasks and adjust priorities to meet goals and objectives1-3 years of inside sales experienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, related field, or related experience requiredHealthcare, especially Fertility, experience preferredBilingual, especially French, strongly preferredBilingual in French/English preferredBenefitsMedical coverage401(k)Parental leaveFertility benefitsPaid time off for vacation, personal, sick and holidaysMultiple other perks and benefitsCompany OverviewCooperSurgical provides a full portfolio of medical and surgical products.
