Job Overview Use your social media to help people find affordable housing and earn $200 for every renter who signs a lease! Responsibilities • Post our CoLiving room listings in Facebook Groups and Marketplace • Chat with leads and connect them to our leasing team • Work completely remotely from your phone or laptop • Leverage our full library of training materials and listing templates (copy, images, etc...) • Receive full support, including priorities, assignments, weekly updates, and help with optimizing posts for better visibility and engagement • Get paid $200 for every signed lease you refer (average earnings are $200 - $600 per month, depending on effort and performance). What You Bring • Your own Facebook account • Your own device to work on (computer, phone, tablet, etc...) • No experience needed. You just show up, keep at it, and it all adds up.
