[Remote] Fabrication Assistant

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of mechanical drawings and the ability to work with measurement tools and saw cut equipment.ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain sawcut machines and associated equipment (band saw, chop saw, abrasive saw, belt sanders, etc.)Sort, organize and stage sawcut materials for CNC operationsCut, kit, and or assemble aluminum extrusion assemblies to printOperate company transit van as neededSkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent certification (Vocational education preferred)Valid driver's licenseDemonstrated competency in operating sawcut and related machineryAbility to keep steady pace while bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and climbing into and beneath machinesWork as part of a team or independently with direction from FAB/CNC team leadsAbility to lift to 50 lbs. as requiredAbility to obtain Hi-Lo and Aerial Platform and Overhead Crane LicenseCompany OverviewMission Design & Automation is treating all stakeholders,customers, employees, suppliers and partners with the highest degree of integrity.
