MBA is preferredExperience in Finance integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs including transaction strategy, operating model, org design, synergies, transition services agreements (TSAs), etcIn-depth knowledge of and experience in the Finance function (e.g., accounting, reporting, budgeting and planning, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, financial systems), and significant management consulting experienceProven ability to manage complex business environments and synthesize solutions for integration/divestiture challengesExcellent analytical, negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skillsKnowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft CopilotYou must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this positionThe ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
