The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining Adobe Workfront solutions to enhance project management processes, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the platform meets evolving business needs.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive Adobe Workfront solutions to meet business needsDesign system architecture, integrations, and workflows using Workfront Fusion to optimize project management processesEnsure the scalability, performance, and security of the Workfront platformStay updated with the latest Adobe Workfront releases and features to recommend improvementsConfigure Adobe Workfront based on best practices and business requirements, utilizing features like scenarios, modules, and routesOversee the implementation of new features, enhancements, and system updatesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems using connectors and APIsWork closely with business leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsProvide expert guidance and training to users to maximize the platform’s effectivenessConduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure the platform meets the organization’s needsCreate and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures, including documentation of scenarios, modules, and routes in Workfront FusionDevelop and deliver reports and dashboards to provide insights into project performance and resource utilizationEnsure compliance with internal policies and industry regulationsConfigure Workfront and Workfront Fusion to automate tasks and processes by defining a series of actions and their triggersBuilding blocks in scenarios that perform specific actions, such as creating tasks, updating records, or sending notificationsPaths that data follows within a scenario, determining how information flows from one module to anotherPre-built integrations that enable Workfront to communicate with other systems and applications, facilitating seamless data exchangeTools that allow different software systems to communicate and share data, enabling integration and automationSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and/or equivalent experienceMinimum of 5 years of experience working with Adobe Workfront, including system configuration and implementationAdobe Workfront certification (Professional Developer Core and/or Fusion, or Expert Developer)Proven experience in designing and implementing project management solutionsIn-depth knowledge of Adobe Workfront architecture, features, and functionalitiesExperience with system integrations using Workfront Fusion, connectors, and APIsProficiency in database management and scripting languages is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time management skillsExperience in a similar role within a large organizationFamiliarity with Agile project management methodologiesKnowledge of other Adobe products and services (e.g., Adobe Content Supply Chain)Company OverviewAcxiom is a SaaS-based company providing enterprise data analytics to fuel data-driven results.
