Long Term Care Pharmacy is seeking an Experienced Retail Pharmacy Technician with Customer Service skills to join our team Remotely!

Pharmacy Technician-Customer Service Responsibilities
ā¢ Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager
ā¢ Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries
ā¢ Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
ā¢ Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
ā¢ Clarify orders as needed
Pharmacy Technician-Customer Service Requirements
ā¢ Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License
ā¢ Previous experience in pharmacy
ā¢ LTC pharmacy experience preferred
ā¢ Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
ā¢ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
ā¢ Moderate to advanced computer skills, required
ā¢ Great telephone etiquette a must
ā¢ Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent, required
