The role involves overseeing client engagements, managing project scopes and budgets, and fostering strategic relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery and team development.ResponsibilitiesActs as primary contact for clients on strategic transformations regarding all questions and information, including progress, challenges encountered, and issues identifiedProvides exceptional client service and develops advanced level deliverables and/or solutions to client issuesEstablishes engagement budget, provides recommendations for project scope and underlying pricing changes, as neededPrepares periodic and timely billings, and manages adjustments to engagement realization, as neededManages the engagement and underlying economics to ensure engagement metrics are achievedIdentifies, grows and maintains strategic relationships with client personnel, including members of client managementResponsible for engagement management on client projects across MC including development of client strategies, preparation of deliverables, facilitating client meetings, and coordinating meeting follow-up.
