In this fully remote sales-oriented role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, analyze insurance needs, and recommend suitable insurance policies to clients. Responsibilities Quote and sell auto, home and commercial insurance products to potential clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations Explain policy details, coverage limits, and exclusions to clients Assist clients in completing insurance applications and necessary paperwork Process policy changes, endorsements, and claims accurately and efficiently Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policies Skills A valid Oklahoma Property and Casualty insurance license - required at time of application 1-3 years of Insurance Sales Experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Benefits Comprehensive training program provided Paid time off for vacation and personal days Company Overview Brightway Insurance has re-invented the way people shop for insurance.
