This role involves managing full-cycle executive searches for director-level and above positions and partnering with senior stakeholders to define role requirements and search strategies.ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle executive searches for director-level and above positions across IDC's global teamsPartner with hiring managers and senior leadership to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and search strategySource passive candidates through direct outreach, networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry channelsConduct in-depth candidate screenings and present qualified talent with clear, concise assessmentsManage candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptanceProvide market intelligence and compensation benchmarking to inform hiring decisionsMaintain accurate pipeline tracking and provide regular search updates to stakeholdersSkills8+ years of executive recruiting experience, ideally with a mix of retained search firm and in-house experienceProven track record placing director, VP, and C-suite candidatesStrong sourcing skills and deep familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platformsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently, manage multiple searches simultaneously, and deliver results in a fast-paced environmentExceptional executive presenceExperience recruiting within research, technology, media, or professional services industries strongly preferredCompany OverviewIDC provides market intelligence solutions, advisory services, and events for the information technology and other related markets.
