The role involves evaluating recruitment channels, monitoring recruitment data, and introducing process enhancements to improve effectiveness.ResponsibilitiesSource, interview, referencing, profile, and submit executive candidatesManage candidate pipelines for designated healthcare service linesConduct resume mining on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other relevant websitesNegotiate salary, close deals, & verify start datesRefers candidates to other positions or divisions as appropriateEnsure data integrity throughout the recruitment processMonitor and optimize job ad placements across appropriate channelsPrepare candidate profiles for clients and hiring authoritiesDevelop candidates from various sources, including website submissions and referralsCollaborate with sales teams to achieve common goalsOther duties as assignedSkillsStrong work ethic and self-motivationExceptional communication and interpersonal skills with high energy levelsProven expertise in successful recruiting strategies and principlesGoal-oriented and motivated by both commission and company growth2-5 years of prior experience in healthcare recruiting (interim leadership, physician locum tenens, nurse staffing)Professional demeanor with comfort in communicating with C-suite individualsExperience recruiting healthcare executives requiredExperience with recruiting CRMProficiency in the Outlook Online SuiteCandidates are required to provide a reliable internet connection, phone service, and establish a dedicated, professional, and quiet workspace within their residenceBachelor's degree preferredCompany OverviewHCT Healthcare Transformation is a healthcare consulting firm that provides leadership recruitment and management consulting services.
