Responsibilities
• Schedule complex appointments and meetings across global time zones.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
• Monitor email and phone communications on behalf of the Executive.
• Organize and maintain documentation and digital files for efficiency.
• Prepare complex memos and correspondence.
• Summarize data for reports and prioritize issues for management.
• Support planning of international events and liaise with attendees.
• Attend corporate events to provide administrative support.
• Collaborate with other executive assistants for calendar coordination.
• Maintain meeting schedules and update as necessary.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
• Draft communications with local and global entities.

Requirements
• Minimum of 8 years in an Executive support capacity.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with various administrative software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Effective problem-solving and planning abilities.
• Interest in understanding global communications and protocols.
• Flexibility to work varied hours as required.
• Familiarity with standard office practices and procedures.
