[Remote] Executive Director, PGS Operations

Southern Nazarene University is seeking an Executive Director for Operations in Professional and Graduate Studies (PGS) to provide collaborative leadership and oversight for Enrollment, Admissions, and Student Success teams. This strategic leader will work closely with various teams to meet institutional enrollment goals by aligning strategies for growth and building capacity within the PGS team.ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic and visionary leadership to PGS Enrollment, Admissions/Operations, and Student Success teamsWork closely with the VPAA for PGS to establish and execute enrollment goalsCoordinate ongoing communication and data sharing with multiple levels of institutional leadership to ensure institutional goals are metCollaborate with the PGS Marketing team to analyze and evaluate lead and lag enrollment metrics to ensure enrollment goals are metFacilitate logistical support for recruiting events, new program implementations, and new enrollment channel developmentProvide strategic and mission-first leadership for a primarily remote team, promoting SNU’s mission and values and developing individuals who serve Christ with excellenceEvaluate existing systems, processes, and procedures on an ongoing basis to ensure optimization of all team members and all tools/systemsSupport adherence to all University policies and procedures while promoting the fulfillment of the SNU Strategic PlanSkillsSouthern Nazarene University is an expression of the Church of the Nazarene.
