[Remote] Executive, Client Services

The Executive, Client Services role involves managing client relationships, creator partnerships, and ensuring the smooth execution of creative campaigns. Responsibilities Source, gather information and demographics, and vet creators across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat and more Build strong relationships with creators throughout a campaign cycle and beyond, from outreach, negotiations, ECHO onboarding and contracting to creator briefing, creative concept review, content gatekeeping, content scheduling and campaign feedback loops Develop and issue creator briefs, immersing creators into the campaign, and lead day-to-day communications for content development Be the first point for review of all creator content. Check for ASA and IP compliance, alignment with brief and quality of content, and create an efficient feedback loop back to creators Create a posting schedule and keep it up to date throughout the campaign period.
